3. No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our services, the resources we invest in each client, and the immediate commencement of work upon enrollment, all fees paid to Dispute Inc. are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the results achieved, your level of satisfaction, or any other circumstance. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information to Dispute Inc. throughout our engagement. You also agree to actively participate in the credit restoration process, including following our recommendations and completing any required actions.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dispute Inc. will make reasonable efforts to assist you in improving your credit profile. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of our services, your credit decisions, or actions taken by third parties (including credit bureaus or creditors).
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will maintain the confidentiality of your personal and financial information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Florida State Civil Manners.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate our services at any time, subject to the no-refund policy outlined in Section 3.
